Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                                                   
BILL NO. 186 "An Act relating to the Controlled Substances                                                                      
Advisory Committee and providing for mandatory meetings of the                                                                  
committee at least twice a year" be held to the March 21 calendar.
